- Group Wonderland Hamburg, established in February 1968 by former members of the band The Rattles (different years) - multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Achim Reichel, vocalist (probably the best singer in Germany of that time) and keyboardist Frank Dostal and drummer "Dickie" Tarrahom - along with keyboardist Englishman Les Humphries (left in 1969 and created the Les Humphries Singers) and lead guitarist Helmut Franke (from James Last Orchestra). The most famous song of Wonderland - is, of course, Moscow, which was only a B-side on a single Poochy (1968). Vocals - almost all in English, except for the track Mama. Longpleya group did not release (until the collapse in 1971), specialized in singles. Would like to further develop and bit modes (so thought their producer James Last) ... But Reichel and Dostal is soon bored - they are The Rattles that "ate" ... And in 1971, the composer and poet Reichel Dostal created (briefly) another group: Wonderland Band, became a pioneer of the Hamburg underground Krautrock scene ... 3,5,15,16,17 Tracks on this album belong to the Compilation creativity Wonderland Band. By the way, Dostal in the 70s left the singer's career and fully focused on writing lyrics (best known Yes Sir, I Can Boogie; Sorry, I'm a Lady and Parlez-vous francais? For the duo Baccara) and producer career. Helmut Franke worked with James Last, created his own recording studio in 1974 and concentrated on solo projects (under the name of Frank Gibson, Frank Gibson), he wrote the soundtracks for the films. He lives in seclusion with her family near Hamburg ... Dickey Tarr remained faithful to the drum set - was popular and prolific studio musician and member groups Randy Pie, Rudolf Rock & Die Schocker, Tarraco and Moti Special. In 1988 he reunited with The Rattles (under the direction of Herbert Hildebrandt) ... About the future life Achim Reichel here will not write - the ink is not enough ...
