Equals - (1967 & 1968) Unequalled Equals & Equals Explosion

British racially mixed pop group known primarily as a launching pad for the career of Eddie Grant, enjoyed considerable success at home and grandiose in continental Europe. The most popular of their lyrics Baby Come Back, known to almost all, do not even come into contact with the work previously Equals, thanks to a cover - version of Pato Banton, has become one of the most popular songs of the 90's.
At the beginning of 1971 Grant left the band due to health problems and the desire to concentrate on his work with his own record company Ice Records.
However, Equals, though gone from the charts continued to be recorded, and their concerts were always a success. In 1976 came the album Born Ya !, where he worked with the band again, Eddie Grant, who spoke here as an arranger, and the next album, Mystic Sister was released just Ice Records.
