Poll - Ανθρωπε (1972)

Poll was a legendary greek rock group co-founded by three young and talented musicians, Kostas Tournas, Robert Williams and Stavros Logarides. Tournas, one of the pioneers of the greek rock scene, was the "soul" of the group and the composer of most of their hits. The music of Poll,

Their debut album "Anphrope" , is considered the most successful creative work of the team left as the musical heritage of vinyl diptych ' 70 x. On sale this CD came packed in a bag of coarse linen burlap (similar to those enjoyed by Greek peasants) printed on it silk screened logo of the group. An additional surprise for the audience was a huge color poster of the group nested inside of the original vinyl edition. We have to admit that such a decision in itself was a very bold step for the music industry in Greece in those years and undoubtedly indicates the presence of a non-trivial approach to marketing the plate group members. Currently, the price of this unique kit is about 300 US dollars. The CD was recorded at a studio "Columbia" on 8 -dorozhechny tape. In the spring of 1972 , the «Poll» will please his fans with the release of the second single songs «Η Γενιά μας» (Our generation) and «Αετοί» (Eagles) , a recording which allegedly participated singer Despina Gleizes (Δέσποινα Γλέζου) Strive to at the time as vocalist "Νοστράδαμος" .
