Classical
New York punk scene, published on CD, is not as extensive as London. I
think about all the teams who played CBGB's in the 74-77 years have ever
written. But, nevertheless, there were his "heroes of the second plan."
For example, these. The main thing you can be called guitarist Jeff
Salem, who started the group to Butch, along with the future of Tommy
Ramone. The sound of a little punk here - hearty, simple and melodic
rock sound in glemovomu sleek and smooth, with no sharp angles. And then
sawing Salem on his guitar is not in punk. It is quite nice. Mostly
recalls Mott The Hoople (by the way Ian Hunter is staying there),
sometimes - later Sweet. From colleagues in the punk scene most similar
to the Dictators. Lyrics - funny. For example, "She's Dead", where the
author tells how he strangled his girlfriend ... Darts - frequent visitors CBGB's. If you want to dive deeper into that era, this CD is worth listening to. This is their only album.
