(West Coast Psych)

The group was organized in Los Angeles and led an active concert activity from 1968 to 1971 throughout California. Its core were four musicians - Michael Woods, Murphy Skarnechiya Scott Harder and John Maggi. During the recording of the album in 1970 to Turnquist Remedy join a session ace Larry Nechtel. Iowa By The Sea was recorded in Hollywood under the guidance of the legendary Barry Kane and engineer Al Schmitt, who worked with Sam Cooke, Jefferson Airplane and other artists. By the way guys were among the first who signed on his label Pentagram (MCA branch). Despite good reviews, the album did not have high sales and the group is no longer recorded, preferring live performances. Nechtel, enjoyed great
demand as a session keyboardist, soon joined the Bread. Woods became a session musician, and in 1978 - a full member of America groups (Harder recommendations, which in those days worked their road manager). John Maggi played and recorded with String Cheese.
