Mephistopheles-In Frustration I Hear Singing[1969]USA

A rare psychedelic set from late 60s Reprise-the only one we've ever seen from Mephistopheles-a nice mix of hard charged and fuzzy sounds with gritty vocals-and lighter moments flavored by flute and keys!The drums hit pretty hard and sound great and the electric guitar sound gets bluesy occasionally and interstellar soaring in others, and they coax out lot moods out of the organ.The flute takes the sound to another level and there's even some trumpet on a couple tunes,but there's always a bottom heavy groove.
