Boxer~1979, Bloodletting/320 kbps

Quote :

One of the many shelters and did not find yourself constantly harbor Vikings Keith Ellis (ex-Van Der Graaf, Juicy Lucy) and Tim Bogert (ex-Vanilla Fudge, Cactus, Jeff Beck Group). An interesting team where the leader was hitherto unknown talented organist Chris Steynton. But to cope with supergroup (namely such should be considered Boxer) it was not easy. In addition to these, all other musicians also had an authoritative status to the formation of the ensemble. Mike Patto began in local groups, and in the early 70's was busy unsuccessfully solo career. Six months before "proceeds" in Boxer, he was the lead singer of a very famous band Spooky Tooth. Tony Newman as Bogert, worked with Jeff, Becky, and with Kevin Ayers and others. Helsall Guitarrero Cave was a solo album of the same Patty same Ayers, and went to school in the early drafts of the famous guitarist Alan Holdsworth (see. UK). Adrian Fisher has established himself in the pump group Sparks.
Debut in the prime of art-rock and hard rock Boxer went almost unnoticed, though creatively the first two albums were kind of interesting approaches to the synthesis of hard rock, blues and psychedelia. Today, this group would have not gone unnoticed ...
